About NorthSafety

NorthSafety has been an established presence in Pattaya, Thailand, since December 2015, when we opened in Naklua. Since then, the company has grown, and we now have more than 30 dedicated employees.

We are proud to be registered with Thailand’s BOI (Board of Investment), which means that we meet all official requirements that allow foreign nationals to work here legally and safely.

It is important to us that our employees feel safe and comfortable. We therefore have a Thai secretary who helps with practical matters relating to visas, work permits and banking.

WHAT DOES NORTHSAFETY DO?

NorthSafety is a call centre that has provided professional support and service to Danish, Swedish and Norwegian customers since 2015. Our team consists of IT support specialists, customer service representatives, security consultants and appointment setters, who all work closely together to create the best experiences for our customers. We are here to provide excellent service and support, and although we work in an exotic country, our focus is always on delivering top-quality service and results.
