Security Consultant
As a security consultant, you conduct the meetings our appointment setters add to your calendar. It is important to call each prospect at the scheduled time and not be discouraged if potential customers have mixed feelings about accepting your service.
Customer Service
As a customer service representative, you juggle many responsibilities. The role includes a range of administrative tasks and conversations with many customers during a typical working day. To be part of the customer service team, you need to be highly organised and able to keep track of multiple tasks.
IT Support Specialist
Become an expert at explaining IT solutions. If you have no previous experience in phone sales or customer service, this is a great place to start.
Appointment Setter
As an appointment setter, you are the face of the company. You handle all contact with potential customers, so it is important that you represent the company professionally.
